Language as a tool to inspire our communities
Applying linguistics to real world challenges.
The CSUN Linguistics Student Organization and the CSUN University Student Union are proud to present our first-ever Linguistics In Practice Institute (LIPI)!
This fun event brings exciting guests from linguistics and related fields to the CSUN campus for a day of workshops and lectures on a variety of real-world linguistic topics! Our goal is to show how current research in these areas can address real-world challenges and even lead to fulfilling career opportunities. The event will also provide opportunities for students to present their own language research in a poster session and engage with the linguistic community!
